Who makes stuff just because?
Myosotis was created because I kept forgetting to take my medication.
It lists which medications I'm currently taking so I don't have to keep track of constantly-changing medication schedules and keeps track of previous medications I've taken.
Competitive Analysis
I researched many different apps and decided on certain features I liked, such as habit tracking, being able to reschedule medications, flexible medication scheduling, and more.

Ground Work and Interviews
I interviewed five people who take medication. I found that they all wanted:
- consistency in medication tracking
- clear, easy to read dosage directions and times
- ability to quickly look up medication information

What's the medication for today?
With my confusing medication schedules, I wanted it to be easy to see at a glance which medications I had to take every day, and quickly be able to view or skip any medications I have each day.

Main takeaways
I learned a lot from the user interviews about what the interviewees wanted from a medication tracker app. Also, I learned a lot about mobile design (as this was my first mobile design app). Design shouldn't happen in a vacuum, so with lots of feedback I was able to make it thus far. Future steps include developing the app using Kotlin, and potentially putting it out there into the world on the app store.
